Congratulations Ladies! These are the winners of the weight loss challenge Sanger hosted back in April... These ladies were faithful and stuck the whole 12 weeks out! what determination. Out of the 9 participants we only had 5 left standing...

Barbara Williams was Sanger's' Biggest Loser she lost 13.2 pounds/5.55% body fat and 14 inches overall! Congratulations:) u go girl

Victoria Carrisalez was our 2ND place winner she lost 13.0 pounds/5.52% body fat and 21.5 inches! Congratulations! So proud of you friend:)

Cheryl Rodrigues was our 3rd place winner she lost15 pounds/4.8% body fat and 19.5 inches! Congratulations cheryl! I'm so happy for you:)

Rita Gonzales was our biggest inch loss winner and lost 15 total inches.. 9 pounds/4.1% body fat! Go Rita Go..

Claudia Stafford lost 5.6 pounds total! Good job Claudia:)

Claudia was not at our last meeting so she missed our final measurements but she asked very kindly if i could measure her today she knew she wouldn't be able to qualify for the money but she wanted to know if she lost any inches??? Being the great coach that I am (lol) I did and she lost a whooping 17 inches overall! Good job girly.

The way this challenge works is that you go on a diet(obviously...) and it goes not by pounds but by % of body fat so it does not matter if your big, little, male are female it goes by your % of body fat.... you work really hard the 12 weeks your coach weighs you once a week and gives you a 15 minute lesson! There's 12 weeks of lessons.... It's alot of fun, your losing weight, looking good, and getting healthy!

Today is my brother Richard: also known by all as "Richie" Birthday! He is 38 years old! He is the oldest of 5! He has 3 sons 1 granddaughter and has been married for 13 years to Sandra lee known by all as "Sandy" He has 5 nephews and one niece! He is in the construction field! He has amazing talents when it comes to his job he is gifted and can build things beyond your imagination! So today I would like to recognize him on his special day and let him know that I love him and he has been the best older brother a lil. sister could have ever asked for! Richie thank you for always being there for me and my family even at the most loneliest(if that's even a word lol) times of my life you have been there encouraging me all the way! thanx... That is what a big brother is to me they put there feelings to the side and look after those that are younger encouraging, pushing,praising,and cheering the whole way and Never giving UP! Thank you for being a Big Brother:)
